2. Why the scanning doesn't stop? I have been waiting for hours.

If the scanning doesn't stop, you can back up your iPhone to iTunes. And then use the program to scan the
new-made iTunes backup via "Export from iTunes Backup" to search for your data. Its result will be same with
the result of scanning your iPhone directly.

3. What is the difference between iMyFone iTransor Lite and iMyFone iTransor?

iMyFone iTransor Lite can back up iOS devices completely or selectively, export data from iOS devices/iTunes
backups/iCloud backups/backups made by iMyFone iTransor Lite. iMyFone iTransor can do what iMyFone iTransor
Lite can do. Besides, it can selectively restore iOS devices from iTunes backups, iCloud backups, and the
backups made by iMyFone.

4. I have purchased iMyFone iTransor Lite, How can I upgrade it to iMyFone iTransor?

If you have purchased and registered iMyFone iTransor Lite, you will see a pop-up on iMyFone iTransor Lite
which shows the main features of iMyFone iTransor Lite and iMyFone iTransor.
Just click "Upgrade to Pro" and then you will get to upgrade page on which you can download the free trial
of iTransor and pay for the price difference between iTransor Lite and iTransor. Our system will
automatically send the license info for iMyFone iTransor after the payment and then you can register it.

5. I'm using the free trial version of iMyFone iTransor Lite, how can I upgrade it to iMyFone
iTransor?

If you are using the free trial version of iMyFone iTransor Lite, you will see pop-up on iMyFone iTransor

Yes, you can. Just click the gear icon in the upper right corner and then select the path of exported data
and backup files.

9. Where can I find the exported data and backup files on my computer?

The default path of exported data on Windows computer is: C:Users/Your User Name/Documents/iMyFone iTransor
Lite.
The default path of backup files on Windows computer is: C:Users/Admin.
If you have set up the paths by yourself, then you can check the exported data and backup files from the
paths you selected. You can view the paths by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner.
